How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 2-5 business days within the continental US. Expedited shipping (1-2 business days) is also available. All orders over $35 ship FREE.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the United States. We are working on expanding to Canada and other markets soon — sign up for our
newsletter to be notified when international shipping launches!

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking number via email within 1-2 business days of placing your order. You can also track your order by clicking 'Track My Order' in our website footer or emailing us at hello@vauluxe.com.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We can accommodate changes or cancellations if your order hasn't yet shipped. Contact us immediately at hello@vauluxe.com with
your order number. Once shipped, we cannot cancel but you can initiate a return.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day no-hassle return policy. If you're not completely satisfied, return your unopened item for a full refund. Defective or damaged items are replaced or refunded immediately — no return required.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

We're so sorry! Please email hello@vauluxe.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement or full refund immediately — no need to return the damaged item.

How long does my refund take?

Once we receive and process your return, refunds are issued within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
